XQ28: Coming Full Circle.

I keep coming back to the same realization: creation is circular.

No matter how far I move forward, certain ideas wait patiently for me to return. They don’t fade. They don’t decay. They evolve.

In 2019, I made the decision to merge two worlds I was building—XQ28 and Rune—into a single vision called Rune X. At the time, it felt like the natural conclusion of a long creative arc. A closing chapter.

I was wrong.

It wasn’t an ending. It was a pause.

Now, in 2026, I’m standing at the same crossroads—but with sharper tools, clearer intent, and a deeper understanding of what this universe is meant to be. I’m returning to the source. To the name that started everything.

XQ28

The title still feels strange—and that’s exactly why it matters. It doesn’t explain itself. It doesn’t advertise genre. You wouldn’t expect a sci-fi fantasy filled with wizerds, technology, and fractured realities to carry a name like this. But XQ28 was never meant to be obvious. It was meant to be protected.

Rune X was never published. It never gathered a traditional fanbase. Instead, it attracted something quieter and more important—people who believed in the architecture of the story. In its scope. Its ambition. Its long game.

XQ28 doesn’t just fit within that meaning.

It defines it.

So the question isn’t what do we call this story now?

The answer has been there all along.
